Day 30
Sunshine Smoothie
3 cups chopped pineapple 3 organic kiwis (with skin) 1 chopped cored apple
3 tbsp hemp seeds 1tbsp Amla powder 2 cups water or coconut water
Blend all the above. The water varies according to the thickness of the smoothie
Day 29
Energizer No. 2
5 carrots 2 stalks organic celery 2 apples (cored)
1 orange beet 1" ginger 1 mango
Juice all the above. Enjoy!
Day 28
Barley Green Drink
2 tsp of barley green powder
8 - 10 oz of water
Blend powder in water.
Day 27
Berry Berry Smoothie
1 cup frozen strawberries 1 cup frozen blueberries 1 cup frozen raspberries
1 scoop of collagen 1 tbsp chia seeds 2 tbs ground flax seeds 2 cups coconut water
Blend all the above. Adjust the water to your thickness of the smoothie
Day 26
Kale & Pineapple Smoothie
2 cups pineapple 2 tbsp flax seeds (ground) 3/4 cup promegranate juice
4 organic kale leaves 1 cup water or coconut water ice cubes
Blend all the above ingredients
Day 25
Kiwi and banana smoothie
3- 4 organic smoothie (with skin) 1 organic apple 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp Amla powder 1 cup water or coconut water ice cubes
Blend the above. Water vary according to thickness
Day 24
Green Juice
1/2 bunch parsley 1/4 bunch cilantro 1 organic lemon
1 orange beet 4 stalks organic celery 4 large leaves romaine lettuce
1 organic cucumber ( with skin
Day 23
Papaya, pear smoothie
2 cups chopped papaya 1 pear 1 cup coconut water 1" ginger
1" aloe vera 1 cup of ice
Blend all the above in a blender
Day 22
Coconut Mango Smoothie
1 cup chopped mango 1 cup coconut milk 1 tbsp flaxseed (ground) 3 tbsp raw honey
1 scoop collagen powder or protein powder 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds 1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 cup ice cubes
Put all above in the blender and enjoy!
Day 21
Coconut Chia Pudding (Breakfast)
3/4 cup chia seeds 1 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk, raspberries, blueberries, pineapple, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla
Soak chia seeds in coconut milk with cinnamon, maple syrup and vanilla overnight. Next morning top with fruit ( blueberries, raspberries and chopped pineapple
Day 20
Avocado Smoothie
1 ripe avocado 1 frozen banana 1 scoop collagen 1/2 cup chopped pineapple
1 cup of unsweetened coconut yogurt 1 cup of unsweetened cold coconut
Ice cubes
Put all the above in a blender. This recipe is thick, so you can adjust thickness with more or less coconut water. Enjoy!
Day 19 - The Energizer
5 medium organic carrots 1 bunch of organic watercress 1/2 bunch of organic parsley
a handful organic cilantro 1 stalk of broccoli handful of spinach
Juice the above
Day 18 Veggie Powerhouse
1 large turnip 1 medium size tomato 3 brussel sprouts 2 handfuls of arugula
1 dozen green beans 1/2 organic lemon 2 carrots
Juice all the above. Yields about 12 oz
Day 17
Sunshine Drink
32 oz water
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
Handful of organic cilantro
Let pineapple and cilanto stand in water overnight.
Chia Pudding
2 cups of coconut milk
1/2 cup chia seeds
1 cup of fresh pineapple
1/2 cup fresh organic blue berries
1 banana
Soak chia seeds in coconut milk overnight. Top with fruit and serve for breakfast.
Day 16
The Energizer
1/2 bunch of organic parsley
1 bunch organic water cress
3 to 4 medium carrots
1/2 lemon
handful of organic cilantro
1 broccoli stalk
Juice all of the above. Yields about 8 to 10 oz
Day 14
Berry Berry Smoothie
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup frozen blue berries
1 ripe frozen banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 tbs ground flax seeds
2 cups unsweetened coconut water
Blend in the blender or Vitamix machine. Add or substract coconut for thickness that you like
Day 12
Power Bone Shake
1/2 cup yogurt
1 ripe banana
1 cup raspberries
1 cup of almond milk
1 apple
1 scoop of collagen powder
Blend in blender or Vitamix machine
Day 11
Cleansing Juice
1 organic orange beet
Handful organic parsley
1 large organic cucumber with skin
1/2 lemon
6 organic celery stalks
Juice all the above. This recipe can be doubled to get a 16 oz glass full
Day 10
Raspberry Probiotic Drink
3 cups kale, no stems
1 cup frozen raspberries
3 cups kombucha
2 cups frozen mango
Blend in a blender or Vitamix machine
Day 9
Immune Builder
1 medium size turnip
1 garlic clove
5 medium carrots
1 handful of arugula greens or water cress
Juice all of the above. Enjoy!
Tonic
4 oz of organic ginger
4 oz of organic turmeric
1 organic lemon
Juice the above. Drink to divine health
DAY 8
Power Carrot Shake
5 medium size carrots
Juice of 3 freshly squeezed orange juice
2 tbsp of yogurt
2 tbsp of hemp seeds
Juice carrots. Blend the carrot juice, orange juice, yogurt and hemp seeds in a blender. Enjoy!
DAY 7 - A HEALTHY BREAKFAST
1 bowl of unsweetened yogurt ( coconut yogurt for non dairy)
1 cup of chopped fresh pineapple
1 cup of organic blue berries
1/4 cup walnuts
Grain free granola on top
Enjoy!
DAY SIX
BRAIN BOOSTER SMOOTHIE
1 cup organic blue berries
1/2 banana
1 cup of unsweetened coconut water or plain water
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 organic kiwis with skin
1 cup of ice
Blend in a blender. Enjoy!
DAY FIVE
Veggie Cocktail for Hair, Skin and Nails
2 small organic cucumbers
4 medium organic carrots
1 medium organic turnip
1/4 of green sweet pepper
1/4 of organic lime or lemon
Juice all of the above ingredients. Enjoy!
DAY FOUR
Banana Walnut Shake
2 bananas
1 cup of chopped walnuts
1 tbsp of raw honey
1 cup of unsweetened yogurt
Blend all ingredients in a blender. Enjoy!
This is a thick shake, you can add some water, almond milk and/ or ice if you prefer it not as thick.
DAY THREE
GREEN SMOOTHIE (DETOX)
1 cup organic dandelion greens
1 cup organic chopped bok choy
1 small organic cucumber (with skin)
a handful organic cilantro
a handful organic chopped basil
1 cup of chopped pineapple
1 cup of ice cubes
1 cup water or unsweetened coconut water
Put all ingredients in blender. Enjoy!
DAY ONE
Carrot, beet & ginger juice
6 organic medium sizes carrots
A half of a organic red beet
1 in organic ginger
Put all ingredients in juicer
DAY TWO
FRUIT SMOOTHIE
1 cup organic blue berries
1 organic kiwi
2 oz promegranate juice
3 pieces of (4"x2") watermelon
3 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
10 oz plain water or unsweetened coconut water*
1 cup of cubed ice
Blend in Vitamix or blender.
* For a thicker smoothie, use less water
